The breakfast offered a good variety. I found the room super clean and well-isolated. The location proved very attractive and very close to the city centre. All facilities were easily accessible, including shops and restaurants.

My room had a second door. This door led into a corridor. It could not be locked. This situation felt a little unnerving to me.

The breakfast choice was extensive. I loved that! the room was spacious, a true haven. the facilities were really good, every detail seemed thoughtfully considered.

The sink was blocked. I reported it, but it stayed that way. the heating system made a terrifying buzzing sound at 6am, like a fire alarm. It was horrid. there was no parking, and i received a hefty fine after being told it was okay to pull up briefly.

Excellent Stay in Historic Setting

The central location was very good. I had a view over Jesus Lane and the grounds. It was spacious. The room was also quiet and always clean. Access to the college grounds and breakfast in the historic dining hall was a treat.

Breakfast was excellent with a good range of options and friendly staff to clear plates at the dining hall. The midday meal was real value, providing delicious food at a reasonable price for all hotel guests.

The staff provided great help with storing bags, and they were very polite. Reception assisted me with local information. The staff helped me quickly with my requests, and I am grateful.
